- Providing all necessary assets or licenses (if applicable) used in the game.

3. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our games may integrate third-party services such as:
- AdMob / Unity Ads / Other ad platforms
- Firebase, Photon, PlayFab, or other backend solutions
- Google Play Services
We are not responsible for any errors, data collection, or changes in policies made by these third-party services. Clients are encouraged to review and accept their terms and conditions separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive:
- The source code
- Game assets (if created by us or provided legally)
- APK/AAB files for publishing
The client will hold full ownership of the delivered product. We retain the right to display general information or images from the project (without revealing sensitive or private information) in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. No Guarantee of Success
While we strive to build high-quality and engaging games, we do not guarantee any specific results, such as:
- Revenue generation
- Game downloads
- Ranking or visibility on Google Play
- User retention or gameplay metrics
The success of a game depends on many external factors including marketing, competition, gameplay appeal, user feedback, and market trends.

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Game performance issues after delivery
- Changes in Google Play Store policies
- Rejections or suspensions by app stores
